Club Renewal and Registration Form

NOTICE: We will be accepting submissions for Fall 2021 starting August 16, 2021

Greetings IVC Lasers!

Student clubs and organizations must register every Fall and Spring semester in order to be officially recognized by the Inter-Club Council.

The deadline to submit your Club Renewal Form for Fall 2021 is: Friday, September 10, 2021

The deadline to submit your Club Renewal Form for Spring 2022 is: Friday, February 11, 2022

Before filling out the form you will need to:

  1. Review and re-submit your by-laws document (Club Bylaws Template)
  2. Have a minimum of 5 Club Officers (President, Vice President, Clerk, Treasurer, and ICC Representative) who meet the student membership requirements
  3. Have at least 1 advisor (must be a faculty or classified staff- part-time or full-time)
  4. Fill out the club roster. (Club Roster Template)
  5. Complete club meeting schedule (Club Meetings Schedule Template)
  6. ASIVC Access  is a requirement for all officers and members of your club
