Club Renewal and Registration Form

Hello Club Officers!

Welcome Back! Student clubs and organizations must register every fall and semester in order to be officially recognized by Irvine Valley College. The deadline to submit your Club Renewal Form is Friday, January 31, 2020.

Before filling out the form you will need to:

  1. Review and re-submit your by-laws document
  2. Have a minimum of 10 members who meet the student membership requirements
  3. Of the 10 members, 4 must hold officers positions (Clerk, ICC Representative, President, and Treasurer)
  4. Have at least 1 advisor (must be a faculty or classified staff- part-time or full-time)
  5. Fill out the club roster. (Club Roster Template)
  6. Complete club meeting schedule (Club Meetings Schedule Template)
  7. ASIVC Access  is a requirement for all officers and members of your club

Please list the club officers and members below. There must be 4 members listed in order to be active.
